We are a long time family who have had two kids come through Abby’s childcare. The staff is always kind, considerate and provide a very safe and secure environment for them to learn in. Our children have had manners, safety, life skills and essential school skills taught to them by everyone they come in contact with. The staff is like a big family that truly cares about our children and will meet any need or request within reason for your children, too. Please consider Abby’s child enrichment center for your child, too!

My 5 year old girl absolutely loves Abby's in Florence. We were a little worried about choosing a daycare for her since she had been stay at home care for 5 years. She has loved getting to make new friends and participate in the daily activities at Abby's. The staff is absolutely wonderful. You can really see through their interactions that they care about the children. My daughter loves her teachers there. I feel safe dropping my daughter off at Abby's. They keep their center extremely clean! We will be sending our 8 year old daughter to Abby's for summer care as well. If you are considering a daycare, don't look any further, choose Abby's in Florence!

We've been with Abby's in Florence for 1.5 years now. Our oldest started at 18 months after we moved across the country. He had been with a private babysitter up until that point so we were a little nervous to start over with him. The staff at Abby's took our family right in and our son started thriving immediately. The small family-like environment means everyone knows your child(ren) and is there to help whenever necessary. Everyone was so excited to welcome our second child when he turned 4 months as well and I went back to work. I felt 100% comfortable sending him to Abby's, even at such a young age, because they've done such a great job with our 3-year-old. We highly recommend Abby's and even drive 25 minutes each way so our kids can be there.

Choosing a daycare is a hard decision for a parent. You want to make sure that you're making the best decision for your child and putting them in the best care possible. My daughter has been at Abby's for a year now, and when I tell you I couldn't have made a better childcare choice, I mean it. The staff at Abby's has gone above and beyond for my child and myself, as well. I toured quite a few daycares in the area when making my decision, and no place had the warmth and nurturing environment that Abby's does. Every staff member, including the ones who aren't even in my daughter's classroom, has made a connection and a relationship with my child. They treat her like one of their own. The staff is so amazing and loving towards the kids, I honestly could not imagine a better place for my child to be when im at work. There is no feeling like knowing your child is in good hands while you're away. I know Abby's is the best possible place for her to be. She has learned so much just within the past year, she can talk incredibly and she has social skills that she wouldn't have, had she not come to daycare. They teach the kids so much and do so many fun activities with them. My daughter absoloutely LOVES going to school. She loves all of her friends and teachers and is constantly talking about them at home! I hope this letter has helped you to make a decision when it comes to putting your child in the best care possible!

Abby’s Child Enrichment Center in Richwood, KY has been a home away from home for our son since he was 12 weeks old. The center is warm and welcoming, the teachers are knowledgeable and kind, and the management is responsive. The team works with each child on developmental milestones, traditional educational curriculum, and social skills that are so important to be successful in life. The atmosphere within the center is focused on compassion, understanding, learning, and fun. Our son absolutely loves going to school at Abby’s.

As with any care facility, there will be periods that are challenging. Abby’s is not immune to these challenges, but they handle them well. Staff turnover and not-so-fun child behavior phases have been challenges that we have seen Abby’s work through first hand. All of the staff at Abby’s have a partnering mentality to help parents with any challenging behaviors their children may be exhibiting. The leadership team at Abby’s is extremely responsive to any and all concerns that we have ever had, and always follow up to ensure we are satisfied with the resolution.

Overall, Abby’s has been a great partner in the education, development, and care of our son through his entire life. We have learned quite a bit from the teachers and staff at Abby’s and the open lines of communication ensure we are able to provide consistency for our son. We never have to worry about our son while he is in the care of Abby’s Richwood. We are confident that he is safe and cared for, learning, playing, and having fun while we are working. Choosing Abby’s was a great decision and I’m extremely grateful that we found them.

Our son Oskar transitioned to Abby's from a large daycare conglomerate at 15 months. We had found that our rambunctious toddler was becoming lethargic due to lack of structure and stimulation, and he craved more time outside, so we toured Abby's on recommendation of family friends whose daughters loved their experience.

Oskar quickly made friends at Abby's, and his whole demeanor changed as he learned and played and enjoyed daily trips to the playground. It was a treat to see him give regular running hugs to Miss Elizabeth in the halls. By his first birthday, we were able to list 101 words that he said readily and understandably including all of his colors and body parts and several multi-word phases. After six months with Miss Sam in the two-year-old classroom, Oskar was speaking fluidly in complete sentences and carrying on conversations about his friends and school activities at home. He is learning independence, and Abby's was a huge help with potty training.

Our baby Lucy started at Abby's at three months and thrived courtesy of affection and snuggles from Miss Autumn and the rest of the infant teachers. Her obsession with books is surely a testament to them. Her teachers were palpably excited to see her at morning drop off and to report her spunky little personality and developmental evolutions in the afternoons.

Tiny humans are challenging, and balancing interests is hard, but we found consistently that our concerns were addressed by teachers and staff with grace, empathy, and pragmatism. We have been thrilled with Abby's partnership in our littles' development, and we would recommend them unequivocally.

We have had our son enrolled at Abby's for a little less than a year, but it has been the best choice we ever made for him. All of the staff have been friendly and knowledgeable, showing a genuine interest in our child and his specific needs. We have watched him grow and learn thanks to the lessons and consistency at Abby's. His language skills have grown, behaviors have decreased, and he has had countless wonderful experiences. There are many days he doesn't even want to go home with me when I pick him up. One of the highlights during quarantine was getting to see videos of his teachers reading books and personalized letters. He loved them and frequently asked to see them again and again! I would recommend this facility to any of our friends with children.

Our son has attended Abby’s Child Enrichment Center for approximately one year, and the growth Abby’s has provided him is immense. From the beginning, his teachers have been excellent, and the development and learning they provide to him is evident at the end of each day when we arrive to pick him up. The teachers and other staff are personable, welcoming, and diligent in protecting the children they are charged to care for. The facility provides a safe space that immerses children in lessons and learning everywhere they look, and it is apparent that Abby’s places the upmost importance on safety and privacy for all of their kids and families.

I wish that a single written testimonial could do justice for the impressive work that happens at Abby’s, but the fact is that words alone cannot contain the care, compassion, and commitment that the teachers pour into their work for the children they serve. It is not possible to more highly recommend Abby’s for any child and family, and we feel blessed and honored to be part of the community they have created.

Our daughter has gone to Abby’s for almost two years now. As any child, when she first started (2 year old room) she was nervous, we were too. The teachers and office staff made us feel comfortable and would call, send us pictures, emails with updates throughout the day. This really made me feel a lot better!

Any concern I have ever had, they welcomed it and worked with us to make everything run smooth.

I am very happy with the way Abby’s educates her, helps her grow, develops the relationships with both friends and adults.

During the Corona pandemic they offered so many things to keep the learning going.. home kits, videos of story time, crafts, pen pals with their class mates, which our daughter loved!

I would highly recommend Abby’s to anyone! Everyone cares for our child like their own.
